These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NO BROWSING™ website and your purchase of products from us (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

NO BROWSING is a comedy-themed storefront. Parts of the site are deliberately rude, sarcastic, or dramatic for entertainment: the door that “kicks you out,” the nagging, the jokes. That is the brand, not a description of how we actually treat you.

The jokes do not apply to your order, your payment, or your rights. Checkout is handled seriously and free of gags: real products, real prices, no fake charges, and the consumer protections and policies described in these Terms apply in full.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and arrange a refund.

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. Prices and availability may change without notice. Where required, taxes and shipping are shown before you complete a purchase.

Payments are processed by Whop, our payments provider and Merchant of Record. By paying, you also agree to Whop’s applicable terms. Your card details are handled by Whop and do not touch our servers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and shipped to the address you provide. To deliver your order, your shipping name and address are shared with our supplier solely for fulfillment (see the Privacy Policy).

Delivery times are estimates and can vary, including for international shipments and customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or to you, as applicable under your local law. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right in line with your statutory rights. Consumers in the EU, UK, and certain other jurisdictions may have additional rights, including a statutory cooling-off / withdrawal period, which are not affected by these Terms.

Where a return or refund is due, we will process it to your original payment method. Please keep your order confirmation, as it helps us locate your order quickly.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content except as expressly permitted.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the site.

The NO BROWSING name, logo, site design, copy, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as needed to browse and buy in the ordinary way.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NO BROWSING will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NO BROWSING from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Where required, disputes may be brought in the courts of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
