This Privacy Policy explains how NO BROWSING™ (“NO BROWSING”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, interact with our store, place an order, or engage with our social media and advertising.

By using our website you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This policy is written to reflect our actual data practices. Not more, not less.

NO BROWSING™ is an online storefront that sells physical goods fulfilled through third-party suppliers. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

a. The on-site “account” (local only)

Our site has a playful sign-up that lets you pick a username and avatar. This is a local vanity profile only: it is stored in your browser’s localStorage on your own device. There is no server-side account, no password, and no email address is collected during that step. It never leaves your browser and we cannot see it. When the store jokes that “we don’t collect your data,” that joke is about this vanity profile. The rest of this policy truthfully describes the checkout, analytics, and advertising data we do process.

b. Cart

The items in your cart are stored locally in your browser so your selection persists between pages and visits. Your cart is not a server account.

c. Interaction & analytics events

When analytics is enabled (see Cookies & local storage), we log first-party interaction events (for example, page views, product views, and clicks) to understand how the store is used and improve it. We use PostHog as our analytics provider, which may also record session replays (with all text you type masked) and evaluate feature flags that tune which site features are shown. If you reject cookies in our banner, analytics and replay are turned off and these events are not sent. Essential functionality (such as your cart) still works.

d. Order & checkout information

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and ship it, including your email address, shipping name and address, and order details (the items you bought). Payments are processed by our payments provider (see below); we never receive or store your full card number.

e. Payment information

Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by Whop, our payments provider and Merchant of Record. Your card data is handled by Whop and never touches our servers. We receive only limited confirmation information (such as whether a payment succeeded and a non-sensitive order reference).

f. Social & advertising data

If you interact with our Facebook Page, Instagram, or our ads, the relevant platform may share aggregated or event-level data with us, and our advertising tools may collect information about ad interactions and conversions (see Section 7).

We use the information above to:

• Operate the website and remember your cart and preferences.
• Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and provide customer support.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations and shipping updates). These are sent because you placed an order; they are not marketing spam.
• Measure and improve how the store performs, using analytics (only when enabled).
• Measure and improve our advertising, including on Meta platforms, and build audiences for ads.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues, and comply with our legal obligations.

Where required by law, we rely on lawful bases including performing our contract with you (fulfilling orders), your consent (analytics and non-essential cookies), and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the store, and advertising).

We use cookies and browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to make the store work and to measure usage:

• Essential:your cart, your local vanity profile, and state needed for the site’s features. These are always active because the site cannot function without them.
• Analytics: first-party interaction events used to understand and improve the store. These fire only if you accept in our cookie banner.

Our cookie banner offers a real choice. If you reject, analytics event tracking is disabled and we do not set non-essential storage. The essential cart and site features keep working. You can revisit your choice by clearing site data in your browser.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store, each acting as a processor on our behalf (or, for payments, as an independent controller and Merchant of Record):

For fulfillment, only the shipping details necessary to deliver your order are shared with our supplier, nothing more. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NO BROWSING, our customers, or others.

We operate a Facebook Page and an Instagram account, and we run paid advertising. To measure and improve our ads, we may use the Meta Pixel and related conversions tools, which send Meta information about interactions with our ads and website (for example, page views and purchases) so we can measure ad performance and build advertising audiences.

In this context, Meta acts as a data processorfor our social and advertising activity. Meta’s handling of data is governed by its own policies. See Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings, and you can opt out of analytics with us via the cookie banner.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

• Order records (including invoices and shipping details) are retained for as long as legally required, for example to meet tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations.
• Analytics data is retained for a limited period for trend analysis and then aggregated or deleted.
• Data we are not legally required to keep is deleted on request (see Section 11).

Your local vanity profile and cart live only in your own browser and are removed whenever you clear your browser data.

We serve customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. Some of our service providers process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent legal mechanism) to protect it in line with applicable data-protection law.

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended), you have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of analytics and of marketing/advertising personalization.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability, where applicable.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the CCPA sense beyond the advertising activity described in Section 7, which you can opt out of via the cookie banner. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 14. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights, and you may appeal a decision or complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. Because our on-site vanity profile and cart live only in your browser, you can remove those yourself by clearing your browser’s site data. For order, checkout, analytics, or advertising data, we will delete it on request, except where we are legally required to keep certain order records (see Section 8).

Our store is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
