Returns & Replacements

Every NO BROWSING item is made to order: it goes into production after you buy it, for you specifically. It never sat on a shelf, and it can’t go back on one.

Because of that, and to the extent permitted by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and that includes picking the wrong size. Measure before you order, not after.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, any rights you have there, including statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights where they apply, are unaffected by this page and by our Terms of Service. When the law says we owe you more than this page does, the law wins.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially not as described, or it’s not the item you ordered at all, we make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

Email [email protected] within 30 days of deliverywith your order number and photos of the problem. The photos aren’t us doubting you. They’re how we fix it fast.

If your tracking has gone quiet long past the estimates on our Shipping page, or the carrier marks your order lost, email us. We’ll reship it or refund you. You shouldn’t pay for a shirt that’s seeing the world without you.

Please don’t ship anything back without emailing us first. The return address on your package is not our office, and a package sent there unannounced cannot be processed, credited, or rescued. Email first, every time.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Once we’ve sent it, how fast it lands is up to your bank. Banks cannot be yelled at. We’ve tried.
