The fine print
Data Deletion
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Overview
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what you can delete yourself, how to request deletion of the rest, and how deletion of data connected to Facebook or Instagram works. It complements our full Privacy Policy.
2. Delete browser data yourself
Some of your data never leaves your device. Our on-site vanity profile (username and avatar) and your cart are stored only in your browser’s local storage. There is no server account tied to them. You can remove them yourself instantly:
- Open your browser settings, then clear site data / cookies for this website; or
- Use your browser’s “Clear browsing data” option and include site data for our domain.
Once cleared, your local profile and cart are gone. We never had a copy.
3. Request deletion of order & advertising data
For data held on our side (such as order and checkout details, transactional email records, analytics, or advertising data), email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address you used at checkout (if you placed an order); and
- Any order number you have, so we can locate the right records; and
- If your request relates to Facebook/Instagram, the name or handle you used to interact with us (see Section 4).
To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
4. Facebook & Instagram data
We operate a Facebook Page and Instagram account and run ads that may use Meta advertising tools. If you have interacted with our ads or social accounts and want any associated data deleted, email [email protected] as described above and we will delete the data we hold and, where applicable, request its removal from our advertising tools.
Data that Meta itself holds about you is controlled by Meta. You can manage or delete it directly through your Facebook or Instagram account settings and Meta’s account and data controls.
5. What happens after you ask
We will confirm your request and delete the personal data we hold about you, except information we are legally required to retain, for example order and transaction records kept for tax, accounting, or consumer-protection purposes (see retention in our Privacy Policy). Any data we must keep is retained only for as long as the law requires and then deleted.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days, extendable where permitted).
6. Contact
Send all deletion requests and questions to [email protected].
Questions about any of this? See the contact section above, or head back to the store, where you belong.
