Shipping

Every item in this store is made to order: production starts after your purchase, and the finished item ships to the address you gave us. That’s why your shirt doesn’t arrive the next morning. It didn’t exist the night before.

To make and deliver your order, your shipping name and address are shared with our production partner solely for fulfillment (details in the Privacy Policy).

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is added on top of that.

Orders for the US, EU, UK, and Canada are produced regionally, close to where you live instead of across an ocean. Typical total time from order to doorstep:

• United States: about 5–10 business days.
• EU, UK, Canada: about 6–12 business days.
• Everywhere else:longer, and customs can add time we don’t control.

These are estimates, not promises. Carriers have moods too. If your order is clearly outside these windows, write to us and we’ll chase it.

The moment your order ships you get an email with the tracking number. You can also check status any time on the order tracking page or in your account’s order history. Refreshing it every four minutes doesn’t make the truck drive faster, but we respect the energy.

US, Canada, EU, UK:your order is made in your own region and delivered like any domestic package. No customs, no import duties, no border fees, nothing to pay at the door. You don’t need to be home holding cash. If a message about your delivery ever asks you for money, it isn’t from us; write in and we’ll sort it.

Everywhere else:your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Those charges are set by your government, not by us. They are not included in our prices, and we can’t predict or refund them.

You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address. If a package is returned to sender because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it, and the new shipping cost is on you. Triple-check the street number. The shirt can’t ask for directions.
